The next step is we go through your mortgage documents and story to determine what predatory acts or violations of lending laws and guidelines exist. We prepare a report of our findings for your lawyer.
If we can find enough violations and predatory acts, then in addition to the audit we may be further contracted to provide litigation support to aide in filing a lawsuit.
